Compliance

Under the Health and Safety (DSC) Regulations 1992 specifically Parts 2, 4, 6, and 7 employers have a legal duty to provide DSE training:

  • At the start of employment
  • Regularly throughout employment
  • Whenever job roles or work practices change
  • In response to any emerging health and safety risks
